Revision Policy

Pen and Print llc offers unlimited revisions based on your selected package. You can request changes without extra charges, as long as the design and concept remain the same. Revisions will be completed within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Our free revision policy allows you to refine your design at no extra cost through your account.

Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

  • If you were charged twice due to a processing error.
  • If we fail to meet your special design requirements.
  • If we cannot complete your order as promised.

For purchases over $15,000, approved refunds will be paid in $5,000 monthly installments.

If you are not satisfied with your design, you may request a refund within five days of receiving your initial designs. If no request is made within five days, we assume you are satisfied. Special or combo package refunds follow the same policy as single packages.

Refund eligibility:

  • Before order delivery: Full refund (minus 10% processing fee).
  • Within 48 hours of initial design delivery: 66% refund (minus 10% processing fee).
  • Between 48-120 hours of delivery: 33% refund (minus 10% processing fee).
  • After 120 hours: No refund, but we encourage you to reach out with concerns.

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You change your mind.
  • Your circumstances change.
  • You find a cheaper alternative.
  • You purchase services involving third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, domain, security, copyrights).

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us via account manager, phone, chat, or email with your request.
  • We will attempt to resolve your issue with revisions first.
  • If a refund is approved, we will notify you.
  • Once refunded, Pen and Print llcwill own all design rights, and you cannot use any version of the design.

Account Area (Communication Medium)

The Account Area is the primary communication platform. It is your responsibility to check it regularly for updates or queries. Failure to do so will not qualify for a refund. If you need help using the Account Area, contact customer support.

Quality Assurance Policy

  • Our designers follow your specifications to ensure satisfaction.
  • Every design undergoes thorough research for uniqueness and quality.
  • We offer unlimited revisions to meet your expectations.
  • If needed, we coordinate with your printing company for free.

Delivery Policy

Design files are delivered via the Account Area by the date on your "Order Confirmation." You will receive an email notification when your design is delivered.

Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days.

Rush delivery available for $75, with initial samples delivered in 24 hours.

Record Maintenance

We keep finalized design files for 3 months. If you need the files after 3 months, we can redesign them for an additional fee.

Communication Policy

We are only responsible for communications from official email addresses info@penandprintllc and toll-free numbers listed on our website. We are not liable for damages caused by unauthorized emails or calls.

Access to Information

To use our services, you must provide accurate registration details. If we find your information to be incorrect or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account.

We may securely store your credit card details for recurring services, additional development hours, or necessary resources. However, our representatives will always inform you of any charges.

Customer Support

Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.

Reactivation Policy

If you remain unresponsive for 45 days, your order will be considered inactive, and no refunds will be issued.

You may request to hold your project if you have a valid reason.

If your project is inactive for more than 45 days, a $150 reactivation fee will apply.

Third-Party Terms of Use

Some services involve third-party vendors. By using these features, you agree to their terms and conditions, which may change at their discretion.

Exclusions

We assist with third-party plugin and API integration, but only with standard functionality.

We do not manage third-party dealings during your project.

Any extra work beyond standard integration requires a separate fee agreement.
